Step 1: Consultation and Engagement of Services

In a world of artificial intelligence, Alabama World Travel embraces “Authentic Intelligence,” taking time to consult with each client to learn the interests and goals for each journey.
One of our first steps is to schedule a Complimentary Consultation Appointment with you to learn more about your interests and share how we believe we can serve you.
Should you choose to engage our services, we will collect a non-refundable research deposit.

Step 2: Research and Proposal Design

Next we go to work for you! We begin our research, accessing information from our travel experiences, travel partners on the ground in over 100 countries, and other extensive resources. As we look at the options, we’re seeking to work with carefully vetted travel providers who are committed to providing our valued clients the same high standards and quality we expect when we travel. This is one of many ways AWT provides you with layers of advocacy for you when you engage our services.

 
 

Step 3: Collaboration and Reservation

We will present you with a proposal of one or more options, and you have the opportunity to share with us any adjustments you’d like. This is your dream trip, and we want it to be everything you want and more!
We then make your reservations securely, giving you peace of mind that a professional is staying apprised of industry news, trends, and events to be your resource and advocate.

Step 4: Travel!

Your journey begins and you have your advisor’s cell number should you need it for any reason during your journey. Whether it’s a flight schedule change, or you’d like to extend your trip, your advisor is just a call away. And your advisor will be eager to chat with you after your travels to hear all about your experiences. With each trip, they learn more about you and your preferences.
